with over 2 years of experience designing digital products in General Motors’ (GM) Manufacturing Org, i specialize in crafting scalable digital products that drive efficiency and improve usability. my experience includes designing an internal manufacturing application that enhances GM’s vehicle production process for 20,000+ engineers across 23 plants, allowing them to save over 1,000+ hours annually in daily user operations. i also led the design of an internal IT & OT observability tool application that integrated accessibility audits, ensuring a color-blind friendly experience and empowering users to resolve issues with manufacturing devices proactively and effectively.
outside of work, i cherish the deep connections that come from human interactions, embracing the Korean concept of 'jeong (정)’— which embodies warmth, affection and care. My love for people extends into cooking and hosting, where I share that same warmth through homemade meals. i believe in the power of calmness and make it a priority in my daily life— starting my mornings with a fresh batch of hand-drip pour-over coffee to set a peaceful tone for the day.
